Term Conditions

It is our policy to comply with all US federal Laws and regulations regarding the conduct of international business, including the US Money Laundering Control Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and all cash and/or currency reporting requirement. Will not accept third party payments/checks or wire transfers, on behalf of any customer. All third party payments will be immediately returned. All your payments must be made in US Dollars, and you the customer represent and warrant that dollars are derived from legitimate source and were not purchased in any black or parallel markets that may exist as a medium of currency exchange. We instructed our bank to refuse any such wire transfers; also reserves the right to terminate indefinitely any account without further notice

REMARKS:

** Products are covered and based on manufacturer's limited warranty.

** Prices are in US Funds.

** There may be additional charges for freight. We are not responsible for any typographical errors

** We guarantee to ship the part numbers you order It is your responsibility to verify the specifications of that part number with the manufacturer

** No returns. All Sales are final.

** A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be imposed on all past due amounts

** Failure to comply to these terms will result in termination of your account
